Every day that I take him to school, he climbs into the front seat of the car to wait till the school bus bringing the other students arrives.
When the bus arrives he smiles and tells me that it's time to get out of the car.
Then we walk to his entrance and he leaves me behind, but he takes a little bit of my heart with him.
It's a good thing school is only 2 and a half hours long. What am I going to do with myself next year when he's away for nearly 8 hours?

oh Rach I cant believe our babies are going to school next year! SO are you sending Daniel to Kindergarten or pre k in the fall?
He has to go to K because he turns 5 before Sept. 1st. He's in Pre-k this year. It's so hard!
